  • Long lasting battery – 4200 mAh rechargeable battery for long life, runs upto 2 months depends on usage. No wires required. Fits standard-sized doors of (35 to 100mm) door thickness, Suitable for both left and right-handed doors. Inbuilt Wi-Fi no need of separate gateway.
  • Remote Unlock – Wi-Fi Enabled door lock for remote unlocking using app from anywhere. When visitor presses the bell button on lock you will get notification on mobile with accept/reject option. App works very slower in Jio fibre/GSM. Unsolvable problem from Jio firewalls. App works ok on other networks.
  • Unlocking options – Fingerprint (100 users), App (no limit), RFID Card (2 provided) (100 users), PIN (100 users), 2 Manual Keys (Provided) After receiving the product please submit your installation request on brand website. Cities covered Bangalore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Surat, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Nipani, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Calicut, Trivandrum more cities soon.
  • Installation available in selected cities charges 1000 extra. Please order your locks atleast 2 weeks before your plan. Normally its scheduled within 2 days but appointments may take more time. Extra charges & more waiting time for distance above 20kms from city centre. Sometimes due delay in previous fitment delays installers might not visit on given slot new slot will be provided by installer. Submit your installation request on brand website.

Refund Policy:   refund will be done through online mode in 5-6 working days.

  1. No Refund on membership charges.
  2. Refund can be claim on –
    1. Non delivered products – Non Delivered can be considered after 7 working days of expected delivery date.
    2. Wrong product delivered – difference on model number, color, making year, brand name will considered.
    3. Damaged or non working product delivered. ( Full Unboxing Video Required )

    1. If order not cancelled before dispatch of product.
    2. If delivered on time and complaint of damaged or wrong product not received within 2 working days of receiving.
    3. If wrong delivery address given and not changed before dispatch.
    4. If order not received at given address.
  4. Order Cancellation can be accepted in any circumstance if cancelled before dispatch.
  5. Order Cancellation can’t be accept in any circumstance if order dispatch.
  6. Customer can’t cancel the order before Launch Date
  7. Refund will be processed through online mode in 5-6 working days after we received returned product in same condition we deliver.
  8. Refund Will Processed after 7 working days of Coupon/Offer  expiration date if order placed though coupons so it can make sure coupon will not be used any further after order cancellation.
  9. % of Refunded Amount will vary according to product and it’s category.
  10. Products can be returned if complaint registered within 24 hours after receiving product.
  11. We try and deliver orders within 10 working days After Launch.
